We are  a fully IRS tax exempt North Carolina 501(c)(3) non-profit charity that was established in honor and  in memory of our son Benjamin Poole who was diagnosed with a rare form of Medulloblastoma Brain Cancer. Your generous contribution will help the foundation’s efforts to:

• Decrease those hardships families and their children diagnosed with Medulloblastoma face through compassionate assistance and direct financial support;

• Communicate and educate families on what to expect when their child is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma; and

• Work with the medical and research facilities to strategically fund efforts which seek to cure Medulloblastoma.  

We thank you for your tremendous support as it ensures the foundation’s goals are being met.  As we are a new charitable foundation, we are awaiting approval for our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the IRS.  Please review below a letter from the foundation’s attorney explaining this process as well as the tax status of your contribution.
